SunBreeze Hotel is centrally located opposite the airstrip and at the north end of downtown San Pedro, a beach front property protected by a sea wall compensated with our fresh water pool. This U shape building offers two levels with 39 rooms featuring partial ocean and garden view. Our full service restaurant overlooks the barrier reef, specializes in poultry, fish, and seafood cuisine. Our onsite PADI dive shop can arrange all island activities including diving, snorkeling, fishing, watersports and trips to the mainland.

The SunBreeze conference room is located above the hotels annex building. The facility is fully air conditioned with tiled floors idea for those incentive meetings.

Activities 
Island Activities
A peaceful, English speaking democratic country only two hours from the gateway cities of USA. Nearly one-third of Belize has been set aside as some form of protected area; as a result, tourism flourishes in this unique country.
The town of San Pedro, on Ambergris Caye, is a 17 minute flight from Belize International Airport or a 75 minute boat ride from Belize City. Ambergris Caye is the largest of Belize's nearly 200 offshore Cayes.
Belize has a lot to offer with its world-class diving, incredulous Blue Hole, Three atolls, longest living barrier reef in the world and our new phenomenon --Shark Ray Alley, where you can swim with nurse sharks and stingrays. Our on site dive shop is Aqua Dives Belize.
There are more than 50 named dive sites in the waters around Ambergris. At the southern end of the Caye, the Hol-Chan Marine Reserve is a five mile underwater paradise for snorkelers.
The fishing off the island has been world reknown for centuries. These fishing grounds sustained the Maya, and many world class sport fishing tournaments take place in these waters annually. Come and cast that pole in the water, and prepare for Belizean delicacies. The lobsters caught here have also contributed mightily to the world market since the 1950's.
For the adventurous there is also the countless Maya Ruins, Bird Watching, Caye Systems, Rain Forests and Reserves, the Belize Zoo, and much, much more! We can schedule these activities from our office.
