The kitchen in the Trinity House is well-equipped and modern, with up-to-date equipment and centres around a breakfast bar, featuring the jaw bone of a whale. The floor of locally hand made red tiles, polished with beeswax from our own apiary, gives the room a warm muted texture.
There is a large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom on the upper floor, with two further bedrooms on the lower floor with their own bathroom. An 18th century Victorian breakfast table is the centerpiece of the dining area, although many guests chose to dine al fresco on the western gallery.
A large new lawn garden has been created to the east side of the house by the construction of a dry stone wall, with a waterfall traversing the area, which includes three fish ponds. | |
