Enjoy relaxed conversation from Sunset Point’s spacious living and dining area. The living room features Cable TV and multi-disc CD stereo-system, with a library of CD’s for your listening pleasure.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with self-cleaning oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffeemaker, refrigerator, icemaker, and much more. It features a convenient large wood-top island and a breakfast bar with four swivel bar stools. There is also an outside propane BBQ grill on the deck just off of the kitchen. Meals can be served on two dining tables, one that seats eight, and a glass-top table in the living room area that seats four.
On the ground level, leading to the pool deck, the family/game room features a brand new 39” Toshiba television, Sony Playstation 2 with video games included, a combo DVD/VCR player, sleeper sofa, full-sized ping pong table, and plenty of board games for your entertainment. | |

The master bedroom suite in the upper story of the main house includes a gallery window that looks out over the living room area below and boasts an unrivalled view of turquoise Caribbean waters. The adjoining wing of the villa, connected by covered decks, houses the other three bedrooms. The oversized and airy first floor bedroom suite includes a conversation area with couch and chairs, and a loft level with futon bed. | |
