The Beach House
- The beach house has two levels and can be rented as a whole or in sections.
The downstairs has two bedrooms, a living room, dining room, kitchen and bath (hot and cold water). This part of the house sleeps 6 to 7 and opens out to the beach where you'll find approximately 150 feet of sand and water. Here you'll find 4 sambrias with chairs, a palapa, hammocks, and chaise lounges.
Upstairs is dorm style (sleeps 6 to 8) with a private entrance and separate bathroom facilities (Note, you must come downstairs to use them).

Punta Allen abounds with activities for outdoor enthusiasts. Below are just some of the options you can choose from. Serenidad Shardon specializes in your housing needs but we'll be happy to assist you with arrangements for some of the following activities. Please note, some activities are limited to availability and some are seasonal.
