St. George's Dining Room
The Radisson offers the best daily lunch buffet by far every weekday in the St. George's Dining Room, featuring a variety of specials every day. Weekends feature special buffets:
- Friday Nights: Italian Buffet - Saturday Nights: Mexican Buffet with Mariachi - Sunday Nights: Seafood Buffet - Sunday 11:30a.m. to 2:30 p.m.: Sunday Brunch
The dining room is open for Breakfast daily from 6:00am to 10:00 am. Lunch is offered from 11:30am to 2:00pm, and dinner is from 6:00pm to 10:00pm. The St. George's Dining Room is noted for its variety of delicious dishes, from fresh local seafood to appetizing Belizean specials.
Baymen's Tavern
The Baymen's tavern is a favorite meeting place offering the best in music and exotic cocktails, and features daily live entertainment. Friday's happy hour is a great way to start the weekend with discounted drinks and delicious snacks with each round, and popular Caribbean and international music livens the atmosphere. The Bar is open every day at 10:00am, and closes at 10:00pm on Sunday, 11:00pm Monday to Wednesday, and midnight Thursday to Saturday.
Stonegrill Restaurant
Try our poolside Stonegrill Restaurant for a unique and healthy dining experience, which allows diners' meals to be served cooking at the table on super-heated natural volcanic stones. La Petite Cafe
