Point Village Posted By Angie on 07-14-2003 8:40:31am We went to Point Village last Dec and stayed a week. Good points: LOVELY RESORT, AWESOME SNORKELLING RIGHT ON SITE as they have their own "reef" so to speak. There's an island you can kayak to. The food was great, the rooms were good, the staff was terrific and it was a private, quiet, wonderful week and I highly recommend this resort. It is not nearly as expensive as the other's either. Would I go back? YES!! We're going back again this Dec!!!

Re: Point Village - Phil Posted on: 07-01-2006 8:35:45am I am heading to the point the end of august (23-27th) with my wife. we previously stayed @ couples swept away and got a great deal to return to our "home away from home" (Negril) we aren't expecting the "5 star quality" of CSA, but i have read bad reviews about this resort. REALLY BAD reviews. I just was curious to see if anyone has any insight to these. I have read more good than bad, so i guess thats a plus. Does anyone know of anything to do right around the resort that is in walking distance? or good tours to go on? Thanks

And yes, I loved it, was our 2nd trip and we are definitely saving up to go yet again next year at the same time!! Maybe I'll see you then!!! Once again, sorry I am seeing this now!!!
