Massage
(all massages are offered for either 1 hour or 1 ½ hours)
Swedish Massage: Classic full body oil massage that includes the head and face. This massage stimulates the muscular and nervous system to induce a full relaxation.
Deep Tissue Massage: A deep relaxing massage that allows your body to let go of accumulated energy that is blocked in the muscles. You will emerge from a deep state of relaxation feeling light and clam.
Reflexology: A healing art that dates back to the Egyptian era of 2300 B.C., in which the feet are considered the perfect microcosm of the entire body. Each zone on the foot represents a channel of life energy called “Chi”, that affects the entire zone throughout the human organism. Pressure to these specific zones neutralizes the effects of stress by inducing a state of deep relaxation.
Heavenly Massage: A full therapeutic massage where you will be immersed in the transcendent aromas of oils specifically blended for relaxation, detoxification, and energizing. Lose yourself in the commanding peaceful combination of touch and technique, and feel the source of your stress unlocked and your spirituality freed.
Shiatsu: A Japanese healing method that uses gentle touch on specific energy channels (meridians) and body points. Pressure applied along these meridians dissolves energy blocks, and energies are freed to flow and create balance in the body and mind. Shiatsu strengthens the immune systems and brings about an overall feeling of well-being.
Warm Massage: Specifically designed for people with muscular pain or colds. This particular technique uses special emollient creams that raise the body’s temperature and aid in the release of toxins. The body will rejoice in a new clarity and feeling of freshness.
Digit Chinese Acupressure: This ancient therapy can be applied at varied pressures (communicate with your therapist). It unblocks obstructed energetic points in the body by unlocking energy flow and evoking a feeling of fluid liberation.
Body Treatments
Maya Clay Body Mask: At our beach massage location, therapeutic Maya clay is applied to the face, body, and hair in the form of a deep Swedish massage. This causes impurities to be drawn from the body through the skin, and then the body absorbs minerals such as calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus. This treatment also incorporates a refreshing watsu massage in our own ocean lagoon. 1 ½ hours
*Aromatherapy Salt Glow (full body exfoliation): Let your skin breath, and shed away unwanted dead skin cells with a full body scrub. We do gentle exfoliation movements using sea salt and a blend of citrus oils that leaves your skin silky and soft.

*Anti-Stress Fango Wrap: This invigorating fango contains the purest pine aromatherapy oil; it penetrates deep into the muscles relieving muscular aches and pain. This treatment has excellent therapeutic effects on arthritis and rheumatism. 1 ½ hours
*Have both treatments done in 2 hours!
Banana Leaf Body Wrap: Using fresh banana leaves, this sweat wrap opens pores, softening and refreshing the skin. Wrap is preceded by dry brushing of the skin to remove dead cells. While wrapped you are pampered with generous and nurturing face and scalp massages. The finale is a sweat wipe with steaming towels followed by a fresh mist of an exotic potpourri of pure herbal extracts. 1 hour
Facials
Basic Facial: Deep cleansing to remove the impurities in the skin, reduce blocked pores, and leave the skin tingly clean. We use the finest quality products especially designed for your skin type. 1 hour
An addition to your facial: Experience a plantomer lift-off mask, a unique combination of laminaria digitata from the depths of Brittany’s Sea and bee propolis. This very cool gentle mask soothes, heals, strengthens, and deeply hydrates the skin: leaving it refreshed with an exceptional glow.
Back Facial: An area that can sometimes be problematic and frequently ignored in traditional spas. Receive the full heavenly treatment to the back area with special care given to extraction of blackheads and blemishes. 1 hour
Head to Toe Reviver: This is the ultimate pampering experience. The treatment begins with a nurturing foot soak and gentle scrub that exfoliates and revives. Followed by a luxurious steamy wrap applied to the spine, and an exquisite tension release back massage. Just as you’ve begun to drift to that special place of otherworldliness, a heavenly facial begins. The transformation is then complete. 1 ½ hours
Double Deluxe: Enjoy a deep tissue body massage, a skin consultation, a personalized treatment with a Maya Clay Facial, and hands & feet exfoliation. 1 ½ hours

Surrounding Area
Natural Reserve
The Sian Ka'an Biosphere Reserve, which begins just outside our gate is a protected natural area with miles of empty beaches, unspoiled rainforest and vast lagoons. The second largest protected area in Mexico, Sian Ka'an (which means "where the sky is born" in Mayan) is home to hundreds of species, birds, peccaries, tapirs, alligators, manatees, iguanas, fish and sea turtles.. Approximately 345 species of birds including more than a million migratory ones live here.
Mexico's Caribbean
The Caribbean sea with its warm, crystal clear, turquoise colored water is the area's greatest attraction. Enjoy it swimming, snorkeling the nearby reef (an underwater paradise of colored fish, coral and other marine life), diving, sailing, fishing or just floating in our little protected bay (with no waves, ideal for the small ones). The pristine beaches have very fine white sand and they extend for miles. Something really splendid.
Turtles
From May through August, the enormous Caguama turtles make the arduous trek up the deserted beaches to lay their eggs in the sand. You may be fortunate enough to see them in the night while taking a stroll. If you wish, you may participate in our turtle conservation program during the reproduction season.
Boat Trips
Spend a day on board a fully equipped 36 foot catamaran yacht, with space for up to 16 passengers. Choosing between a sunset cruise, a day of deep sea fishing or snorkeling or simply relaxing to the gentle movement of the waves. The friendly captain and his crew will take care of you and provide drinks while you enjoy the sun, the sea and the wind.
