All our comfortable and spacious rooms overlook the green tropical garden with its refreshing pool. The rooms at Las Golondrinas are nicely decorated with rustic wooden furniture and hand painted tiles.
Air conditioning, ceiling fan, cable TV, telephone and a safety deposit box are standard features in all rooms at Hotel Las Golondrinas.
We have two types of rooms: the Apartment Suite and the Standard Plus Room, with one or two bedrooms.
The Apartment Suite is perfect when you travel with your family or friends. Spacious and comfortable, the Apartment Suite has one double bed in each bedroom.

Activities
Playa del Carmen is widely considered the capital of the Mayan Riviera. Playa, as it’s commonly known, is a true Caribbean beach town with a welcoming and cosmopolitan ambiance.
Playa del Carmen is famous for the most beautiful beaches on the Mayan Riviera – white soft sand and an amazingly blue ocean. Our beach club, Mamita's, is right on the nicest and widest beach in Playa del Carmen.
The focus of Playa del Carmen, besides the beach, is the famous 5th Avenue. This eclectic street runs parallel to the the ocean and it’s lined with open air restaurants, fun bars and shops selling colorful Mexican handicraft.
People from all over the world come here to enjoy the fantastic beaches and the friendly atmosphere of Playa del Carmen.
Join locals and tourists on the daily night time stroll along 5th Avenue; sit down for a drink and meet new friends or pick your restaurant for the night and and watch people and street performers go by.
Playa del Carmen has plenty of activities to keep you trimmed as well as thrilled. A couple of blocks from Las Golondrinas there are tennis and basket ball courts, we have a well reputed 18 hole golf course and there's skydiving for the brave hearted - just to mention some of the things you can do here.
The ocean is focus for most activities here in the Caribbean such as windsurfing, kite surfing and sailing . The amazing coral reef and exuberant marine life has made Playa del Carmen one of the top dive and snorkel destinations in the world.
Playa del Carmen is perfectly situated for a number of day trips to some of the most awesome sights in the world, both natural and man-made. A visit to a cenote - waterfilled caves, unique to this area - is a must!
