SPAMMING POLICY - This policy is directed to outright spammers. Not Caribbean related businesses or users who wish to post or reply to messages on this board.

Pursuant to US Code, Title 47, Chapter 5, Subchapter II, p. 227, any and all unsolicited commercial messages (SPAM) posted herein are subject to an archival and processing fee in the amount of $500 US per message. Posting an unsolicited commercial message denotes acceptance of these terms. Any message posted from you, the spammer, will be deemed as your acceptance of this message archival and processing contract.

If you decide to SPAM this board you will receive an invoice of $500 per message payable within 30 days of receipt. Late payments accrue a penalty of 3% per month of the outstanding balance.
