Amenities Amenities: 96 deluxe, air conditioned junior suites are stretched along a 600' private beach, nestled among the trees with ocean views and a mountainous backdrop. All rooms have a king size bed, balcony, Cable TV, mini refrigerator, day bed in the living room and an ensuite bathroom.
All bar drinks are included in the holiday package. Wine is served with lunch and dinner. The Swim Up bar at the pool is open all day. Sing along with the resident pianist at The Piano Bar in the evening. Bar service is available from the main Oceanside Restaurant Bar during entertainment in the evening.
Each family with small children is assigned a Vacation Nanny upon arrival. Your Nanny is with you daily from 9:00 a.m. to 4:40 p.m. and is highly trained in housekeeping and child care. There is a nominal charge of US$4 per hour if you require her stay with your children after 4:40 p.m. She will care for your children all day, from giving them a bath to feeding them, to taking them to their activities, so Mom and Dad can enjoy some personal time too.
Parents can chose to participate in activities with their children, or take some personal time. Our guest to staff ratio is 1:1 so parents can expect to be pampered, entertained and carefree whatever they chose to do. Swing in hammocks found around the property, relax in the Jacuzzi, play tennis, basketball or a lively game of beach volleyball. Relax by the poolside or workout in the fitness facilities with the latest in equipment and instruction. At nights, adults can join in the fun at the Piano Bar and enjoy live entertainment and nightly dancing.
The resort has its own fully supervised campsite for outdoor camping under the Caribbean stars. Activities include; bonfire beach parties, an overnight camp out, hiking, cycling trips on mountain bikes, field trips up the Martha Brae River learning about the flora and fauna, a visit to a crocodile farm, sunfish sailing, scuba diving, windsurfing, kayaking, tennis, basketball and soccer clinics. Optional activities that are not included but easily arranged, are rafting on the Martha Brae River and a visit to Glistening Waters to see the bioluminescence phenomenon that exists where the Martha Brae River enters the Caribbean Sea.
Activities At FDR Pebbles we entertain your whole family! Family time at FDR Pebbles includes fun and adventure. Play together on our Family Fun Day, learn to dance Calypso, Soca, Ska and Reggae - we'll teach you and your kids about the different Caribbean Sounds.
Challenge your son to a game of tennis, take a biking trip, visit a crocodile farm or simply take a walk on the beach together. Our bay is untouched and ideal for Sailing, Scuba diving, Windsurfing or Kayaking.
Kids will enjoy Adventure activities such as fishing in our fishing ponds or in the Caribbean Sea. They will be learning how to sail, collecting shells on the long stretch of adjoining beach, or just playing in the children's wading pool. Our Coordinators will be there all the time, ensuring that your youngsters receive the care and attention you expect.
Our Children's Center is open from 7:30 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. daily and is bursting with the latest in state-of-the-art educational and computer games. Here, your Vacation Nanny will take your children to their favourite movies, play Nintendo64, Sony PlayStation or tie-and-dye and paint T-shirts, participate in arts and crafts, photography lessons and treasure hunts.
They will also be thrilled to take part in our one-of-a-kind Bubblemaker Scuba Diving program designed just for the little ones.
