I saw 2 women in the main pool by La Isla that didn't have tops on and a 60 year old woman that was topless daily at another pool, the same time every day. So there are some who will, it's just varies from week to week from what I hear. I heard the desk clerk said they had the most complaints that week for nudity since they opened. However, nudity is accepted... supposidly only in some areas of the resort though. I had a great time and would recomend anyone to go. If you don't like to look... turn your head!
