At 6:30 pm, Mondaca, the palapa restaurant by the pool opens for dinning. This restaurant serves seafood a la carte until midnight. Try the delectable Mexican desserts, coffee liquors or visit the ice cream sundae bar. Drinks are always available during the day and evening, including beer, hard liquor and local red and white wines. You'll love the palapa atmosphere, the fun staff, great food and Mexican music.
The Mexican restaurant, La Hacienda, books sittings at 6 PM, 8 PM, and 10 PM. The 8 PM fills up quickly. Reservations may be made at the guest services desk in the main lobby area. A dress code applies at this restaurant - no shorts or sandals - long pants, closed shoes and shirt are the required apparel for men.
Meals begin with a house appetizer, salad, soup and the main course is your choice of unique seafood, beef or chicken selections prepared by master chefs. A dessert of your choice satiates the appetite and, if you like coffee, try the Spanish coffee prepared right at your table (flambé) – a wonderful way to finish off your meal.
