From ancient the times of Mayan Culture enjoy cymbals cooked with chaya, a well known vegetable in this region with a lot of nutrients.
Following these ancient traditions in our restaurant we prepare cymbals of fresh fish like "boquinete", "mero" and "lobster" carefully cooked by our mayan chef following the traditional recipes of Doña Ana, who since 1985 has served thousands of visitors from al over the world.
