You've had enough rest & relaxation and want to get physical? How about a hike through the rainforest to some falls for a fresh water swim? Or don your wet suit and go for a dive or do some snorkelling. You prefer being on instead of in the water? Try sailing or fishing. Or is that just a bit too much activity for your holiday? Then just walk down the beach and wander through town. Check out the fish market. Have a drink at a rum shop. For a change of pace, take an island tour to see the Caribbean's oldest rum distillery, a spice plantation, a nutmeg receiving station.
