I have to agree somewhat with Carla, although we did not have the trouble with the utensils. Our group of 14 stayed for seven days and by the third or fourth day the club seemed to run out of the liquor we wanted. I would suggest that if you want a drink made with Kahlua, don't go to the Reef Club because they were always running our(Funny, I thought Kahlua was made in Mexico). Another big problem that I have with the place is that on the last day before we left for the airport, I stopped by the gift shop and bought a few more souviniers and left my reading glasses on the counter. I realized when we were waiting for our plane and I tried to call the hotel, but that was an unsuccessful task. When we got home I called the hotel and talked to a young lady and she said that yes they found my glasses and took all of my info down and not to worry, that I would get them back. Hmmmmmm, after countless calls, emails and 2 months, still no glasses. Well, I hope someone is getting good use of them! I would recommend staying at either Playa del Carmen or Cancun for anyone who wishes to go to Mexico |
